What type of habits are you speaking of and I believe you are very right about like actually telling other people that you want to do slow living that you feel you want to be like the moms of back in the day and stuff like that like I feel like my family won’t believe me because I feel I was not taught about certain aspects of life and know that I know them I want a slow life also I would love a copy of your habit tracker

@@bossladycharlieb Thanks for asking! This is a great question. Each week I find a habit that will get me closer to my goal of living a slower life. For instance, I fell off the wagon with no phone before 8am… so that’s actually my habit I’m working on this week.
