Hello, I'm importing a file into the blender, for example: a building in the 3D Object (.obj) format, which comes from the X-plane 11 flight simulator. However, after importing this object, it has no texture, i.e. only a shape and the texture that is in the second file in DDS File (.dds) format How can you import an object with a texture to make it complete, i.e. have a shape and a texture layer? I will be very grateful for your answer.

So you need to bake the texture into UV map first?? Or no need to bake..because usually I baked the multiple texture into one UV map and then export it to unity as .obj and manually apply the textured UV map

That applies if you want to optimize your textures specially for mobile games otherwise you dont need to bake it.

Its works but not unless the textures are converted to materials or already are, I had to export then inport obj to create materials automatically before exporting again to fbx

For the second way, when I select Shading, I don't have an orange bar that says the name of the file. Instead, I have a green bar that says Principled BSDF, and there's no option to unpack.

Something weird happens when I try this, I use unity 2020.3 and have a ok pc. When I import the blender files into unity I have to make an extra game object for my model to even render in unity. I don’t know why and it’s really annoying because I have over 100 blender files and I have to make a game object for each one, I don’t know what’s happening
