You're most welcome! M4V and MP4 are almost the same. If you would look at 1:38, I've saved it as MP4 format. I know later it shows the file type as M4V. M4V = MP4 plus optional protection. If you have problem playing M4V, please let me know?

Okay, now I understand your question & it's a very good question. To export adobe Ae project file or Pr Project file without first exporting it to a video format, then you could only use Adobe Media Encoder! Media Encoder will allow you to directly open other adobe project files and export them to any video formats you want such as MP4. I don't think there would be any 3rd party software (e.g. handbrake) that could open Adobe Project file. So, why don't you first export the project file into a video by using Ae and then use Handbrake as shown in the above tutorial?
