How To Export Raw Audio Files (Regions) In PreSonus Studio One

Thank you SO much for this video! I was trying with zero success and hours of wasted time to export my files via the export stems feature in Studio One. I did NOT want to export stems, but every piece of advice from others on the Studio One Facebook page was to use stems export. WRONG! Again, thank you.

Hi Marcus. Thanks for this, it’s answered a lot of questions. One of things I produce is audiobooks. I need to be able to click on an audio file to find its RMS average level. I know we’re all moving to the more reliable LUFS system but the people I supply audiobooks to want RMS... Is there a way of getting this info from each track/chapter file I click on?

How can I export ONLY audio, like it's in the media, without looking for it in this folder? When exporting, I get a bunch of roads with extra tails, which take up a huge amount of space, but have no useful signal.
