I'm +2" in my irons and have been striking the $#&@ out of it. Didn't add an extension, just soft stepped into new shafts and didn't butt trim. Looking at extending my hybrids and woods now.

Thanks for the video. If extending a shaft by 1/2 inch, should we be concerned about swing weight?
