Minor tweak. Given the ScrumMaster is a “servant leader” you are not actually obliged to be the organiser of the standup. You just need to make sure it happens, the team understands why & how, and you help keep the team accountable to itself. A good rule of thumb is that the Scrum Master is not a Scrum Manager or Administrator… you are a Scrum facilitator - servant leader, coach & mentor who empowers the team to be self organising.

Hi Nicole, do you officially end your Stand Up at the 15min time box and move other discussions to Parking Lot or you just continue and just dive in to other discussions after the 15min? If so will that be that your team already has that understanding of the 30min scheduled time for the Stand Up. Thanks.

most of the time the team get done by 15 min but if for what ever reason someone is still talking and it's past 15 min I left them finish. I don't rush my team because it's very important to get all the information you need so you can better help.
@Nicky_A2 жыл бұрын
but 15 min for the most part has been very efficient for us
