Hi Andre. There's a few steps. - Go to setting - Then System setting - Go all the way down to Software update - Then just press ok. If your box has the latest version. Then you have a different problem. See here kzbin.info/www/bejne/nHvdpo2Ki7B3bKs

Thank you for the detailed factory reset. I have an issue. I had changed the password and now I forget it. I tried factory reset. But still the original password provided with the mag box which was 0000 is not working. Please help.

Only your provider can reset it.

Hi. The freeze could be a lot of thing. Is the box on WiFi? How's your internet speed? Does your box need a firmware upgrade? Most cases it's the IPTV server you are using. For the picture, check the resolution setting on the box and your TV.

No you can't. It's not an android box.

You have to change from DHCP to Nano 1 or 2

Hi. On this box you can't get the graphic resolution to 1080. The highest is 720. You need the MAG322 and up.

Mam pytanie czy ten dekoder ma być polacony z wyjściem LAN rutera. Bo robili remont i wszystko zostało rozłączone. Bo jest trzy takich dekodera w 3 pokojach. To rozumiem że trzeba do każdego doprowadzić kabel UTP. I Podłączyć do rutetera na LAN1, LAN1, LAN3

Tak, wystarczy podłączyć go do jednego z portów Lan w routerze. Następnie zrestartuj skrzynkę
