You can change your languagr by going to general > system manager and then you will see an option to switch your language. You didnt even need to reset your TV

Before u do that Try a different hdmi cable and make sure it pushed in all the way on back of tv.

I can go to settings but when i try to go down or up (using the arrows) i cant, but left and right its working. I tested the up and down arrows for changing programs and to browse the internet it work perfect.
