Hi , after the reset the computer will be like the first time you turn it on, everything will be remove it , updated drivers, pictures, videos, documents, software that you installed, and passwords, after the reset you need to update the drivers again.let me know Thank You!

Oh ok sometimes that happens when the recovery partition is damaged so the computer can’t use it to do the factory reset , if your computer still load windows make sure you save all your important files then try again

Hi are you able to load windows? If you do then you need to delete files that you don’t need make sure you back up everything you need to external hard drive or usb drive, after that try again to reset it remember everything you do it’s in your own risk, if you don’t know how to do it then take it to an expert. @@hisunra8483 one more thing the recovery partition will be removed so you won't be able to do a factory reset anymore, you will need a Windows cd to install it after you format the hard drive.
