Hi, been having a hard time having my network recognize a used router (it has the two ports) as a wifi point - any suggestions? My phone app recognizes the device but then trys to establish it as router vs wifi point -help! Thank you

I have 3 access Points. 1st point is connected to my home router. When I perform the factory reset, do I unplug the other 2 points or leave them plugged in?

WARNING This is not a true reset, in many cases it will turn solid yellow for about 5-10 minutes then it will go solid white then it will flash white. then it will flash white.
