This did not work on my Luton dimmer. I do not know what model I have because I rent, but my light switch looks exactly like yours in the video. I can’t get the green, blinking light to go past the third dot and it does not turn on my light anymore. I’m thinking maybe a power surge happened. how else can I find out how to fix this?

Hi, look at the bottom right side of your dimmer, you should see a little lightning bolt. If you don't have one then this will not work for you. But try this, at the very bottom of the dimmer there is a hidden drawer. with your fingernail pull it out wait a bit then push it back in. This will reset the dimmer. If you can't find it I will make a quick video on this for you.

My lutron Casada switch does not have any lights on at all.......does that mean the switch is dead? Thanking you in advance.......

Yes & no. If the light bulb is burned out, the dimmer won't work. Check all the bulb

Then the dimmer could be faulty.

I have the Cooper smart dimmer and when I connected it I had the lamp on and now nothing works, only the lamp remains on and a single green light is on. I don't know if it went into protection mode or it burned out. Does this reset work for that model? Did something burn when connecting it? I appreciate you helping me. Thanks.

It could be the light bulb. Make sure it's a dimmable bulb and it can handle the wattage. Most dimmers can't handle 1 LED bulb that's under 6w.

@@JasonReset 4 dimmeable leds 5w each. But the dimmer switch do nothing. Just keep lights on, green les on the switch and can't turn off the leds🤷🏻‍♂️

I have the one on the right, apart from pulling out the tray, any way of resetting it?

It's the same steps. Are you sure you have a RadioRa2 switch? What problem are you having?

@@JasonReset yes, I have an RA2 8ANS switch....lightening bolt and a single led light on the left side. So when I click on-off, all that's happening is the light turns off and on, nothing is resetting.

Your doing something wrong. - Triple tap and hold and DO NOT release the button after the third tap. - Keep the button pressed on the third tap until the LED start to rapid-flash (approximately 3 seconds). - Release the button and immediately (within 1/2 second) triple tap it again and let go. - Switches will normal-flash their lights.
