Thank you SO MUCH!!!! Early this afternoon, my phone completely hard-froze. It was still on the charger, which meant the battery was at 100%. Even the screen was stuck ON. I was concerned it would burn out the screen even a little, as it would have taken the thing at least 10 hours to die. I also tried getting the thing to reboot by removing the SIM card...but no such luck. I got online via my laptop to figure out a solution, came to this video, and followed the instructions with the simultaneous key press. I did not have to reset, merely hard reboot....and it took about 10-15 minutes for it to go through all the apps but my little mobile is good as new! Again, I thank you. I don't have any money right now to get a new phone.

This worked for me but I just had to do something slightly different at the point where you see the Android on its back. I had to hold down the power button and then press and release volume up to get the menu to appear. This is after upgrading to Android 5.1. Hopefully that will help anyone else having problems with this.

Hi, I need support in flashing my Moto E (Dual Sim, Ist gen, India) The OS got corrupted I have downloaded the mfastboot application and the ROM from the android forum I could connect in fastboot mode and it shows the device on command mfastboot devices it shows me the device when i run other commands, it gives error while loading boot.img can u plz help where the problem may be and how to resolve I think i could not get the correct ROM

I have the same phone that you were using in this video I just did an update for the phone the lollipop version can I go to my running apps and hit. Will it mess up my phone I don't want to lose anything on my phone but I did this once before and I forgot how I did it and it went back to factory settings and I didn't lose anything but now when I look it up I can't find how to do it again and the only way everybody keeps saying is you have to be silly do what you just did in this video and I've done it without having to remove anything please help

I have a different style moto e then u do. don't know if it matters. where u have the speaker on the bottom on the front, mine is just at the top. touch screen won't work so can't do it from settings. boots up fine tho, just can't use touchscreen. what can I do?

Before Entering into recovery when lying android appears a "No Command" text appears below it. And on pressing volume keys and power button as you specified nothing happens. It remains as it is until rebooted by long pressing power button. What do I do to enter recovery?

i have xt1019 first generation moto e(its my wife's phone), it is stuck in the flash boot mode. never ending loop, all reset options say the say message. hab check failed for system failed to validate system image boot up failed...........i was advised a third party app may have hijacked it......any way to get his phone working again or do i need to buy another one....PLEASE HELP!
