Your arm and head are basically invisible to bosses, goons, and scavs, so if you lean your head around the corner and see them you can run off and prepare and come back fully prepared

Radius is a bit too big, nades should be accounted for armor and positioning. Crouching could maybe reduce damage if it covers legs??? I was thinking to also make them slightly rarer too.

By the way, you can aim for collectors face. It does kill him a lot faster than normal, but it takes a couple magazines with FMJ.

How do you make sure you bait collector and not a goon so you don’t have to waste the nade. Also if u have fmj 556 would u aim for goons heads?

realistically theres no set way to do it, so I reccomend trying to find a rifle or really any auto gun to pick off 1 or 2 of the goons, then grenade collector. It's not impossible to kill all goons + collector with one grenade, but the more goons there are the less chance there is of collector dying.

Honestly it can vary. If u know theres other people that are possibly kitted or ur low on hp, id sit in a corner or just run if u can. If u have health maybe knock out a naked or 2.
