While this is a rather Hail Mary Strat, it's worth mentioning if you plan to do this full-on: The level 5 cloak has a very small chance of landing a mod that says "#% chance to not activate lockdown on grand heists". This means, if every member of your squad, per wing, has 5% chance on their cloaks, there's a 15% chance each time for you to run away with 2 main rewards

It's really useful even at 15%. Usually when you find good treasure room there is multiple good choices and having a chance to take it all to the home is just something you should run. end it's fun!

I loved heist league and i usually ask to my guild members to keep all heist contract and blueprint for me. I think for trinket iit's much cheaper to get a 4% chance for regal orb to drop as exalted (currently at 15-20 ex on the market) instead of the ridiculous 100 ex 1% chance for chaos drop as exalted. Definetly saving this guide for next league.

Its insane how lucky you got. I have done my own 50 Unusual gem Blueprints and i got a total of 3 secondary lenses + 5 primary lenses and a single phantasmal cremation as the only gem worth more than 2exalts. I still profited alot its just not nearly as impressive.

What i like to do for price checking is having a trade site open for each alternate quality and check it that way(you can also rename tabs with addons so you dont have to remember wich tab is what quality).

bit late to the party but remember, change your Filters, Neversink ONLY shows RARE NPC equipment, when your strating out, or on League Start you want the normal / magic gear to show and drop to give a headstart and help get more out of Hesit until you get your level 5 items to then roll properyl :) (Ive over 5K hours in Heist experience... sad I know :p)

Just a caution, while this guide is not false. It didn't factor in the time it takes to sell loot and to buy contracts+bps. So your final profit will not be 11.5ex of usable currency per hour of play time. Especially with this league heist's popularity, so both buying and selling will take more time. I wish more guides include this information. Other than that, this is a good guide.

I agree that factoring in time to prep is important. In fact, I do factor in my prep/sale time (see 17:15 & spreadsheet) and the profit is 7ex/hr not 11.5ex/hr. I only say Blueprints are 11ex/hr to reference how much more profitable it is compared to Deception contracts, which are more around 3ex/hr, knowing you need to do both together to adequately farm Heist.

Heist is profitable only in bulk... For the average player it is not, I tend to extend my league time play with heist when I don't enjoy the league so I made a lot of money in the past with it but this league, as I enjoy the new atlas tree I was a casual in hesit, done about 30 blueprints only in the entire league and the best drop I got was that orb that alternates quality which, overall, was not satisfactory at all. I will also add that the heist mechanic is only enjoyable when you have a speedy character that has also evasion and phasing. A thing I see most people doing heist content show in the video but never actually mention and why I've seen many comments over the leagues like "this is BS, you'll never make that much money doing this shit". Overall, the vast majority of Poe players do not enjoy the mechanic but for me, it's one of my favorite leagues and mechanics in game.

And the ultimate comment from a heist addicts is "it's horrible and stressfull unless you use the right build and then it IS enjoyable (alch +vaal + go)". My favorite is death oath occultiste triple explosions (with asenath gloves and herald of Ash) but even a cheaper (and more alrounder like deathoath caustic arrow) one can do it all. Ah and do not forget to get phase run, ever (can stack up with some dash). And it's very rewarding for even average player because streamers are claiming to not like it and thus are following nobs. (atlas passive tree is a HUGE increase in coins, they were pretty expensive before even if heist is dans rewarding.

Couple if things. Firstly ALWAYS run white contracts and blueprints. Mods have no impact on chest drops. So all you are doing is increasing the chance of dying for potential slight lowering of alert level. Secondly NEVER choose Vindari because his 30% alert penalty is WAY worse than the drops from an additional couple of chests - and it is literally two chests per wing you lose. Thats not worth a 14% dupe chance unless there's basically only a couple of reward rooms with anything worth opening.

Hi, in 3.22 actually, I spammed heists in 3.21 but i was given loooads and loads of contracts by other advanced players. So i pretty much know all mechanics ONCE you have some currency and contratcs to farm, and experienced heisters with good gear. But i'm missing an information, how do you get into heist on leaguestart / new char ? I wonder how to make my first currency and get mass contracts to start farming. Should i put points in atlas, or is it not worth it ? Many questions on leaguestart heist strategy, in order to setup real heist farming (the one you show in your video) when you just buy bulk and spam

Hi, Awesome video, picked up a few good tips for optimizing my heist runs. For deception do you open the large armor chests or do you prioritize the small chests? Seems like the armor ones offer nothing but disappointment, at least the small chests sometimes give stacked decks etc

Personal advice if you have a dedicated heist build (600+ ms), you can take it or not: Skip everything but the card chests and the artifact. You will lose a few ex, but will save much more time, so your ex per hour is higher.

Correct. You only need: chance to duplicate x from chests, chance to not raise alert, less alert raised by opening chests Itemrarity/Itemquant, Increased Damage is all useless.

Im sorry but on cloak you want 5% to not trigger alert on grand heists when you are doing gems to maximize profits. Thats 15% chance per wing

You mean as opposed to 12% reduced raising of alert level? If that's the case, I disagree. On average, that's a 36% reduction of alert level of the opened chests per wing, versus 15% reduction on average for the chance to not trigger alert. The 5% is a nice bonus mod, but the 12% reduced is a mathematically better option.

@@Daykun I completely dissagree. The value is the gems, especially early on in league. Hell the fact that if you have rarity running on 200%+ on the maps you'd pretty much always guarentee that a blueprint is doing 2ex a pop. Compared to what? Opening 2 extra fossil chests and getting 15c rofl. The only thing thats valueable to get is currency, harbringer and deli. Rest rarely ever produces good results. I'd rather ise that shit for when I am prepping reveals.

There's a "chance on opening chest to not generate alert level" which I thought you were referring to, but I see you mean the mod that says "chance to not ACTIVATE LOCKDOWN in grand heists." That's a fair take but not my preference. The chances of getting two valuable gems/lens in the reward room is extremely rare, so the 15% proccing on something worthwhile is astronomically uncommon. Feel free to collect some data and share with us.

Yo..but HOW DO I HAVE FUN? This game is supposed to allow us to make our own builds etc. but it's so inaccessible that you can't do anything without a build guide. ;p No need to reply tho. Just rhetorically bashing PoE's current design. xD They did good with the atlas changes tho. Hope they make the game easier to get into with future updates. PoE has become a clusterfuck of mechanics so obscurely intervowen that it's just not fun anymore. Only a small 0,x% of players truly understand the game and that's just due to bad design and lack of info. People aren't too dumb to create builds on their own, the game just doesn't explain anything, aside from how to left or right click your mouse.
