How to feed cables through the ceiling | Quick Jobs - Light Fitting Relocation

I'm replacing the light fitting in our lounge, but I also need to move it to the centre of the room instead of the annoying position it's in currently. But how to deal with all the confusing timber in the ceiling when I only have a tiny access hole?
