This is so true! I rode a commuter bus to work for years, and at one time this 18-20 yr old woman with Downs Syndrome started riding...she was full of the joys of spring, let me tell you! She flirted with ALL of us, and we were so charmed - she just made our day! I learned a lot from her about energy and radiating...and watching her coax people still half asleep out of their shells, and them leaving the bus with some pep in their step, was almost hilarious [it reminded me of how old male dogs who drag around, suddenly spring to life when a young female enters the picture - LOL!]. It was like Tinkerbelle sprinkling Pixie Dust on all of us, and Hey Presto! we're flying. I had forgotten about this until you posted this video...thank you!

Love this conversation! I’m 5’10 and struggled with being tall because as a child the first thing adults would always say ‘oh she’s tall’ as if something was wrong with me and it stayed with me. Now it’s happening to my daughter but I teach her to respond positively internally and externally ❤

I’m 5.10 and a half. You stand up tall and realize the only validation you need is from yourself and everyone else’s opinion is irrelevant- that’s how.

@@zeethy I don’t think I necessarily reframed being tall specifically. I more so owned my attractiveness and beauty all around. Being tall is a gift truthfully. I never have to work hard to stand out and we can gain 20 lbs and look the same 😂 Also, there’s lots of men who LOVE and prefer tall women. We’re their type and they even go as far as seeking us out. We should focus on the love and adoration we receive from people who do love and adore us; leave the rest. 😘

Great video, Alexis! when you said the belly pooch is one of the most sexiest things of a woman, it’s very true because in Chinese culture, having a little belly pooch is considered incredibly feminine and sultry when you wear cheongsam, which is a traditional slim fit Chinese dress that accentuates a woman’s curve. All women should love their belly pooches❤

I wanted to cry when you started talking about taking a dance class specifically heels dance to release the stiffness your body created from trauma. I relate to that part of your video SO MUCH. 1) most definitely have a lot of trauma from childhood. 2) my hips have been so stiff until I started taking heels dance. I can FINALLY start doing dance movements (twerking) that I struggled so much to learn these past couple of years! And i’m still learning how to dance heels because I still have sooooo much to learn haha I dance okay until they start recording, then I completely forget how to move. But progress is def still progress! Recently recorded myself twerking again and watched the video I just recorded and realized I look waaaay better doing it!!

This is one of my bigger issues as well. I've always wanted a nose job. So, how do we love our noses, where is the asset there? .... It is unique and unlike any others? It makes me who I am? It resembles my late grandmother, who I love dearly?...... Anything else you can think of? I'd really love to start appreciating it.

However it hurts me time to time and I begin to overthink and feel sick to my stomach as well as begin to be in my low energy. Hey Awwlexis! I'm a very stressed out and anxious person. I don't feel safe in my body, i stress over and worry a lot about things, find it hard to relax and am very emotional (like in a feeling "too much"/emotionally unbalanced type of way). Sometimes i feel as if my body is constantly "on" and is not even able to calm down, relax or to feel rested. Do you think your feminine energy course could help with that? I would love to feel good in my body because this is so energy-draining. Love your channel and your energy!
