The numbers on the fertilizer are the percentage. Ex. 15-15-15 would be 15% Nitrogen (N), 15% Phosphorus (P) 15% Potash (K). Those will usually be on the front of the label. On the backside, usually you'll find those macro-nutrients again, the Nitrogen usually broken down to Urea/Slow Release %, then the micro-nutrients list below the 'macros with the common name and the element symbol beside it parenthetically. It *seems* a little complicated, but by reading the label a few times you will understand it all quick enough. Hope this is of some help.
