@@crystalduke2705 personally I would not but you can always call up a tax preparer like an H&R block and ask them if you need reassurance. They won't charge you for that as you are finding out if you should or shouldn't file. However, like I said above, I would not.

If I haven't launched yet but have had my business license sense 2022 and filed my taxes for last 2 years only claiming what was spent on business no sales. Did I still need to file this?

Do you mean a site and not the site? There is no scam coming from the FinCen site. Your comment implies that and that isn't true. FinCen is a government site and is secure. If you mean someone reached out to you please clarify. The last thing I want is for someone to think FinCen is scamming people.

No one I know has heard about this until the last couple weeks. Never got a letter or an email. Wonder how many people are going to be paying that $500 per day fee 😮

Same here. I didn't know about it right away. I got a notice from my online service. They lead me to believe they were doing it for me for free. When I started the process they hit me with a fee. I was like HELL NO!!! Dug in, learned it and now teaching others to save in the process.
