22 july ka franchise tax and sales tax pe video bna dain , mery dashboard pe arha hai franchise tax mein ( no tax due threshold are no longer required to file a no tax Due report but must file a public/ ownership information report.

If you have zero sales, just fill the franchise tax as mention you don’t need to pay anything.

After completing the all step at end you will have pdf file downloaded, you can read the file, its means that your tax is submitted successfully.

Outdated. You dont have to file franchise tax below 2.47 mil. Why did you make this video 8 days ago? Rules have changed months ago.

It's a free-tax area. but if you have a company registered in Texas you just need to file the tax you don't need to pay anything.
