Hand on both The Bible and The Westside Barbell Book of Methods, I got a Cerberus sand... beg... in today and thought to myself, "you know, I know there's some technique on how to fill these sand... begs... up, but I can't remember who was talking about it, I'll have to KZbin that later". Then, sure enough, I organically come across this video that I already knew existed, but had forgotten, because this was the start of the KZbin wave effort the boys made about a year ago... What kind of cRu am I? How could I call myself a supporter?? When will HBO ever duplicate "True Detective" S1??? Why do they pronounce it as "beg"????..... The truth is, some things we'll never know, but I know I'm sure glad I remember/found this video!

How easy is it to taper these cerberus bags? Meaning if you get the 300lb version and only put 200 in it initially, can you cinch it down easily to keep it tight?

I don't think that would work great with these bags. Would be hard to keep it from being pretty sloppy I think if it was under filled
