Hi, your video is really helpful, thanks! I am filing my i765 and i485 ($1140 and biometric; $85) together. This means I don't have to pay for filing i765, right? Should I pay the fee and biometric together, or separately? Also, for form i485, there was no stated PRIORITY DATE indicated in my form i797 (notice of action); will this be a problem?

HOw did you get your social security number? We went to SSA as my wife and I just got married here and she did not have a previous SSA in the Philippines. When we went there they told us without any documentation we have to go through homeland security (so they can update her paperwork), but we can't find out how to make an appointment with them. So, we are just filing the paperwork as is, and hoping they issue her a SSN once this is completed for AOS. Please let me know. God bless you!

For everyone asking- you can apply for your ssn soon as you arrive into the U.S. just got to the social security administration office and take your passport along with your I-94. I find it better to apply for your ssn before AOS instead of allowing USCIS to apply for you. It could take a little longer. ***just a suggestion **

I applied for SSN after I got married though I haven't applied for a green card. I just showed my unexpired I-94 and marriage certificate (married to USC) and passport.

Hello po. For Form I-765, I was under K1 from September to December 2022. Will i still be able to use C09 for number 27 Eligibility Category. Also, should I label "Out of Status" or "Visa Overstay" or "K1" for number 25.
