Mr. Asher sam we can use sawdust but on my opinion piece cloth is better because hitting punching bag is aerobic workout. You will inhale more oxygen (air) , so if you use sawdust surely it will comes out from any gap of that punching bag by chance without knowingly you will inhale the dust. And also we can easily refill the piece cloth. In many reasons piece cloth will be better. Thank you
