👍 to filet a fish its easy to learn! 2-3 times done, the result will be fine! More problems i have with a raw chicken. I always break the skin or something... Is this only a thing of practise?

Recently did the two day fish and shellfish course, it was really good, I do have a question for you I hope you can answer, we used a 50/50 oil in cooking can you remind of the oils that were used in the mix?

I think in the Cookery School they use a ‘75% olive oil : 25% vegetable oil mix’; the reason given is to reduce the stronger taste of the olive oil.
