Thank you. Spent my life taking a fillet off bones and all. Fussy grandkids demand no bones !! Never stop learning ! Looking forward to Whiting and Flathead !

NEVER use those knife sharpeners. They'll just ruin your knife. Buy a steel. Great video. 👍

Never tried yellow fin so can't comment. But Southern Black Bream...... Why would you even want to. Yuk! Tried it 3 times from 3 different locations and didn't finish any of them.

Respect is key but lm seeing less and less whether it's leaving there rubbish and stubbies everywhere or taking undersize fish it really p#sses me off being around some touristy areas but it goes on everywhere our lovely country is being trashed and now l understand a little bit about how our indigenous brothers and sisters feel about some of there country

Poor old spikey Bream, like filleting a broken beer bottle, even with the big ones by the time you fillet , skin and then bone you have a fish finger of meat, i much rather let them go..

I used to skin and bone them for the kids. Fried quickly in butter, yum.
