I was planning to buy it for my new S24 Ultra and this video came up clutch. I know it is a paid promotion but I would like to see more videos on phone videography from you Lizzie 😇

I thought my note 8 was the shit when I upgraded from the Note 3, and when that died in a wipe out I took on some icy stairs, I upgraded to the s22 Ultra. I was blown away by the cameras in that phone, I was so inspired by the utility that I shot more with that phone initially, than I had with many of the new cameras I've upgraded to over the years, recently I've had to upgrade again due to damage to the s22 Ultra and it was the s24 ultra, it was again a wow moment. As someone who started out shooting on film and migrated to digital ( still shoot film as well) I have no bias for any one media, they are all just tools. Today's phones are outstanding, taking a professional and proactive approach to creating content or documenting the day like this is what decides the success you have in your efforts more than any equipment. Some people could shoot a feature length documentary on an iPhone 4s. the real secret here is that gimbal and her intuitive use of it. Steady footage that people can watch and follow without getting motion sickness is clutch. Having a trained or talented eye for composition, understanding lighting, framing and blocking scenes as well as developing the narrative, does play a huge role, if you are producing scripted content as a professional for professional clients so there is that as well, but the ability to get fantastic footage with a phone and a gimbal unlocks a lot of opportunity to for young and new creators on a budget to tell their stories, having a relatable subject of interest presented by likable tallent in goes a long way to delivering value and making connection with your viewers as well! ....but I digress, that S24 Ultra is for sure a solid upgrade!

loved this!! I have an older, cheaper version of that gimbal and I NEVER use it! you've just inspired me to use it more. I also always forget to film the normal, mundane tasks of traveling and just do the more exciting bits, so you've inspired me to do that more too haha

Can you do a quick tutorial on how to use this thing? I bought one and it refuses to work right.

Hello, I just discovered your channel and it's really very informative, especially for someone who's in Montreal and really wanting to start his own KZbin channel. Congrats

I always wonder this every time I see it. Is there no worry about someone running up and stealing your gear? Do you have someone watching it? All that goes through my head when i see like Casey Neistat put his camera down on a New York street to get a shot.

I'm a solo traveler/vlogger that leaves my expensive camera on a tripod and walks away from it all the time and have never had an issue! Most people give it a funny look and then continue walking, some will even go to the effort and walk around it so they don't get in your shot which is nice! Having said that, you do have to assess the area you're in, and don't leave it in the middle of a busy walkway or street. Always make sure it's out of the way. I'd never leave it in busy city with thousands of people walking around. But on a hiking trail that's not too busy, or an area with only a few people around is ok. I also try and make sure to get places early in the morning, so that I have the place all to myself. It's not gonna get stolen when you're the only one there! Plus, you don't have to worry about getting in the way of other people when no one else is around either

Nice work! It's clear to see that planning your shots and smooth steady capture goes a lot further than people really see. 😎👌

I think it’s all right for him to know - they broke up roughly a year ago but are still good friends. I think Chris took it quite hardly (correct if I’m wrong) but is now up and running again.
