it's no secret that being consistent in anything is HARD, even the things we love -- & with all the videos and books out there on how to be the most consistent, best version of yourself, it doesn't seem to be enough to get most of us up and moving
the way I see it, consistency is an act of self love and what most of us need is a perspective shift to reframe our mindset and relationship with routine and habits so we can better embrace the power of being consistent
we all just wanna live our best lives & in the words of our good sis Glorilla "at the end of the day, the day gotta end" but also "it's 7pm Friday, 95 degrees" & there's no better time to get up and active than on long summer days under the warm sun
