Im 43 and 3 months agoI started skateboarding. I do 1 or 2 hours a week. I'm dropping in medium sized ramps, can kick turn, rock to fakie and revert. I'm at that point I want to learn a few easy tricks and glad I found this vid 👍 I've got some tricks to try next session. Thanks

I'm 51 and I just started skating to spend more time with my tween son, and landing an ollie is on the bottom of my new year's resolution list. I wasn't really sure about that, but I think I could make it happen thanks to this fabulous video! Thanks a lot!

I've been recommended quite a few of your videos lately and this is the one I needed so thanks for making this. I used to skate a lot but after a 13 year hiatus I just got back on the board. I'm 37 so, when I was growing up we didn't have tutorials like this to help so I truly appreciate it.

Yup I caught the skateboard bug again and I tried to get back into it prior to covid and then we all had to stay inside so it stopped me too until today. My boards still almost setup but the trucks need replaced, right where I left it prior to the pandemic halfway fixed up with wheels and bearings 😂

I'd always thought that being able to kickflip down ≥3 stairs and blunt fakie a QP were good examples of the threshold for being "no longer a beginner".

Need a video or a short on how to spot the blots when trying to land a flip trick or is it just like instinct to land bolts asking for a friend 😭
@skyes78382 ай бұрын
You can take nail polish and paint the bolts. Or buy them colored already.

If it feels like you're leaning back too far, try focusing on the front foot more. It sort of tricks you into staying centered. Also, once you pop youll be bringing the board with you so even if you screw up the pop, you'll land back on no problem. Also remember that you don't actually have to get super low to power an ollie. If youre losing balance crouching down, you can do like, a sort of half bend in the knees instead of getting all the way down.

Just learn Ollie first and skip most of these, these won't help you to get any other trick or at least not many of them. This tricks are actually beginner jail that is hard for many to escape.

Things to do to get comfortable on your board. Do you think street skating just started with people kick flipping onto rails?
