For the Mastermind group what is usual a good size group and you said you have a critreia sheet? Also how do set one up? In Milwaukee has Start Up Milwaukee for Business Networking. I just found out in New Berlin has ABB is starting a Company Campus and Move New Berlin Forward. When do set up meetings Once a month or bi weekly?

Evan, I am in the process of hiring a founding team and would like to implement your idea of organizing a formal mastermind alliance using the channels you mentioned. *QUESTION: how should mastermind team members be compensated?* In my experience, a paycheck isn't enough to motivate for such a position, but I don't see what they would get out of the deal with the method you mentioned, which would be very lucrative if implemented successfully. Evan the strangest thing I was a witness to regarding finding a potential mastermind member. Very early one morning I went to the gym and in the shower room I was listening to the other guys speak. What a huge difference in conversation from the evening group. The morning group would state what their challenge was to the group, not in a formal way, and listen for suggestions to solve it compared to the evening group would just complain, complain and name call. Just an observation..
