Another Terrific topic! One thing Mexico honors very much is the ARTS! Any part of construction, crafting furniture, decorating are all elevated! I just watched a video on how a Canadian lady sold everything to move to Mexico, she was a home decorator in Canada and quickly found her niche decorating new homes! always LOVE your content, Jose! Gracias!

Easiest job to get if you don’t speak Spanish is to work for a hotel in a big city that has tourism. I have talked to many a young folks that took that as a first job. It only pays enough to eat, so next step is to get a girlfriend that has a house.

This is a great topic that is seldom covered, thank you for this. I hope to work part time to supplement my SS if needed when I get there in a few years. Good thing I'm not afraid of hard work and dirty work! lol

Jose as usual your ahead of the game. I worked in call centers for years. Im retired but a major barrier for folks living here is how are they going to pay bills? If not retired I would work as a remote call rep. Can get online for 12 an hour and in México those numbers work.

Just out of curiosity have you made a video on how an immigrant from the USA can legally purchase a house if they bring enough money with them in the move to purchase a house? I remember you mentioning in an older video that you learned that you needed to get your birth certificate apostilled in order to get married and/or purchase property. I’m recently earned a CDL and halfway through over the road training with a trucking job I have because I’m using that trade to build up enough savings to purchase land and build a house in Mexico. As the apostilling a birth certificate and obtaining a residency permit are the only two things I’m aware of right now.

In order to Purchase property in Mexico all you really need is CASH MONEY thats it. No need to be a resident or anything like that. You only need an Apostilled Birth Certificate in order to get married and to get your residency through marriage. If you want more in detail information on everything you can set up a paid 1 on 1 video call consultation where I can answer all of your questions and then some. You can find more information on how to do so on my website. Here is a direct link www.josearteaga.com/youtube-consultations
