I have made plum wine it's still hazy after filtration how I can clear it and one more thing it's sweet like sugar syrup though it contains alcohol. Please suggest what to do.

Mam meri jaamun ki 16 liter wine 1050 gravity par stuck ho gayi hai kya mai isme 2 liter mousami ja fir beetroot ka juice daal ke dubarar yeast activate karke daal sakta hu k nahi kyu ki starting gravity 1100 thi bake king ka brewer yeast use kiya tha

Mam sodium metabisulfite laboratory regent grade wala wine mai use kar sakte hai k nahi kyu ki uske uper likha hai use for only laboratory

Har ek wine ki different technology hota hai Mix fruit wine May suru k din yani primary fermentation May oxygen cahiya hota hai taki yeast development honay May easy hota hai Is waja say mix fruit May suru k primary fermentation May airlock nahi cahiya hota hai

I made guava wine, and I found it more acidic in comparison to my earlier wines of jamun and peach. I have added veg glycerine and done degassing also, but it is still acidic, can I do degassing again

Wine May methanol generate nahi hota hai kyonki wine ko distillat nahi kiya jata hai…. Methanol distillation k waqt generate hota hai…

hi सब से पहेली बात wine 21 दिन में नहीं बनता है आप जिस का video देखकर wine बना रही है उसे ये सवाल करेंगे तो वो आप को जवाब देगा में कभी भी 21 दिन का प्रोसेस नहीं बताती हूँ 1. wine कभी भी 21 दिन में नहीं बनता है 2. wine के जार में अगर airlock नहीं लगाए तो कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड नहीं निकलेगा फिर आप का wine acid यानी की खट्टा बनेगा 3. डी-गैसिंग process करना भी ज़रूरी होता है 4. Wine को पहेले primary फ़रमेंटेशन, फिर सेकण्डरी फर्मेंटेशन, फिर डिगेसिंग करके रॉकिंग किया जाता है 5. Bentonite देकर फिर से स्टबिलाइज़ किया जाता है wine को मिनिमम 3 महीना लगता है बने के लिए
