Bulbasaur is the best. it's the only non-plant Grass type in Kanto. Whereas Water & Fire have much cooler choices beyond the starter. Plus its a great choice for most of the Gyms.

​@@acetrainershaw501​ its just easier to get them if you have a lure on, you can find most of these if you have a high combo rate. doesn't matter what pokemon you have the combo rate on either. you can also get max IV off of pokemon that you are not comboing that you run into. it's risky though since you can't tell before the catch and after the catch, it breaks your combo.

Mt Moon looks like the 1st place to spawn Chansey. And the Daycare Center is the second place to spawn chansey If Im not mistaken. Actually, Chansey might spawn almost everywhere as a super rare pkm in that respective area. I got my Huge Chansey lv 17 with 299 CP above the Daycare Center. :D just keep it for fun.

Very Succulent Actually, if you beat the main story and get access to flying with Charizard/Aerodactyl/Dragonite, there is a chance the legendary birds can be found flying. Don’t hold your breath, though. They’re not shiny levels of rare, but it’s still hard to find them.
