Many thanks for sharing. I've been using the Sandbox technique from the very start to find the npc spawn points. I'm bit mad at myself for not turning everything off and leaving only villagers on to help easily find the spawn points...this would have saved me a lot of time. As for the markers, I do use them but I place some distance away to help avoid deterring the spawn from working. As for getting more than one npc from a spawn point, I've only been able to get that to work once but that was only after the game was out for a few months. Please note, the npc spawn points can change with any update / patch. I've found multiple seeds with multiple spawn points but they had change once a new update / patch was made to the game. It doesn't happen every time. Thanks again and I hope all is well.

i had 3 villager spawns in one grassland cave, got 2 out of it and then all 3 of the camp fires aren’t there anymore, is this normal?

Interesting. I have been playing in my world since probably January or so. I've revisted spawn locations in which I've located and taken villagers from. Those locations have not had a villager there since.

Thank you for sharing. Did you have a mark near those locations? How many villagers did you take from one location? I wonder what forces those spawn points to "move". Or maybe it's time related..

I've only been able to get 1 villager. Once I accept a villager from a spawn location - no more villagers ever visit that spot

I can't find a spawn point in the Dry Valley, are those more common inside caves?

For me at least, its definitely easier to find villagers inside caves. Shore is a bit of a nightmare for that reason, no caves..

They all give it to you it depends on what biome

not sure why but none of my spawn locations have given me multiple spawns. once i take a villager from there, no one ever respawns. I still trying to get lana and have never seen Robin. I will try the Sandbox trick. thanks

I keep finding Robin in caves, but i have absolutely no luck with Carl Reef and Sally Sails.. Finding beach spawns drives me nuts :p

@@NessiePlays i found one and then built a beach village right next to it so i could keep checking. I found blackheart then Carl walked into my village. still havent seen Sally

You aren’t supposed to mark the spot, it scares villagers away! What I did is once I found one, I rejoined every hour and repeated this for days until I got the villagers I wanted, in the Grasslands I did this for Lana Llane and Oscar and in the Frostlands I did this for Comet.

I read about it, i also read that once you get a villager from a certain location another one won't show up. It definitely requires more testing to see how it works. For example i have markers down near few spawn points and so far it didn't affect anything, i also got multiple villagers from each spawn point i found ( i mean i took more than one from each spot to my base). So maybe markers scare them off after a while? Not sure. Definitely better safe than sorry :) Since im still trying to get Carl to spawn at my beach spawn point i wonder how to.. hmm.. cycle through those villagers faster :P Did you simply log in every hour or so?

@@NessiePlays there’s this cave with a spawn literally to the left of my village so whenever I want someone, I go in and I build fences so no creatures can get near the spawn, then if the person I want isn’t there, I just set a timer for an hour and rejoin, if it’s not there again, keep repeating until you find em.
