Hey! Thanks for commenting. How long has it been for you? I am pretty much back to normal now.. I've hit the 4 year mark and haven't had any symptoms in the past 6 months or so ...I'm feeling hopeful that that's behind me. However, I am still cautious, and have adjusted my life accordingly. Ie For bright lights, I wear darker shaded glasses at all times and blue light glasses when I'm on the computer. I always have earplugs nearby incase I can't handle loud noises and yeah.. I also have been diving into music therapy and just letting frequencies put me to bed. I'm meditating more too. I'm doing the best I can and these little steps are helping. How are your symptoms?

Olivia Gudaniec Hi! It’s been a year. My symptoms are headaches everyday, headaches worsening with screen time, not being able to listen with earbuds without headache worsening. That’s great that you feel close to normal. That gives me hope that I’ll be able to heal as time goes on!!

@@yazzyg1368 You should have hope. Unfortunately you just need to let time do its thing. I know that's probably the last thing you want to hear, but I always made myself think that this happened for a reason. I was going so fast at work: I was taking extra shifts, staying longer...and this was a message from the universe telling me to slow down and really realize what's important in life and (for me) that's family. Maybe you need this time to slow down as well? I gained a lot of clarity during that time. Saw who really cared about me, which people didn't even check in.. it was a time of rebirth and to purge. I hope that helps :)

Is it appropriate to ask producers for footage to use for you're demo reel?

Hey! Great question. I typically ask my agent (or whoever is representing me) to get the footage for me. However, if you're close to the producer OR it's a lower budget show where the producer is managing multiple roles OR you don't have an agent and got the part yourself, then I would personally send an email first. If you have nothing else...then yes add it & write it down. When you eventually get professional credits you can take it off :) hope that helps!
