Hi Pratish & Bhavika, Soon I am moving to Parispanny NJ, is it compulsory to rent 2bhk if we are family of 4, 2 kid , 1 is 5 year old son and 2nd is 1 years old son.

Most communities need like 2 bed if you are more than 2 people but if you are renting from an owner he might make an exception

That depends on how much you ready to spend and commute time to work everyday. Places like Jersey City have rents upside of 3000 And Places like edison will have rent upto 2000-2500 for 2 bed

That totally depends upon you comfort. But what I have seen is many communities require you to get a two bedroom apartment if you have a kid more than 2 years old
