I know that getting a job in USA is not easy and i get very depressed sometimes thinking about this that whether i will be able to find a job or not as i don't have any work experience back in India and this becomes very challenging for me. Hi! When you are on opt you actually don’t need sponsorship cause you already have a permit to work. That’s what k understand, so you wouldn’t be lying when you tell companies you don’t need sponsorship

That’s a hidden lie, you need sponsorship in future. Companies don’t usually hire people for just one year. They hire folks for long term. I would say getting into a job that does-not sponsor is doing a disservice to yourself. I did these mistakes. I wouldn’t play with my status again like that. Hope that helps.
