I had a leak on a PTC bulkhead fitting for my Front Right bag. Thank you for this video! I’ve cut the hose back and now there’s no bubbles! Hopefully my pressure test over night keeps the car up!

Welcome to the club! There are two things I would suggest getting if you haven't already. 1. SMC Check valve(s). The stock viair ones are prone to seizing, causing blown fuses. The same can happen with the SMC CVs, but the difference is that you can disassemble, clean, and reuse them. They also fair better during cold weather. 2. An electric drain kit. With this kit, you can purge condensation from your tank at the push of a button at any time. It comes with a hose that you can run to the outside of your car. I got tired of climbing to my backseat in my 2 door to manually purge my tank. Huge QOL improvement. Bag riders carry these items.

Winter weather would cost significant psi drop im assuming? While im driving the psi goes 3-5 psi down then back up

Yes in the winter you would see more of a drop since the air is getting thinner. While driving you will always see pressures fluctuate slightly.

Ive got a bad leak on my v2 system. Leaking off 1-2 psi every 5 seconds it seems. I’ve checked all my fitting and splices and not finding a leak one.

Thoughts on if every bag drops 2-3psi a night? Management holds up air zero issues no leaks there. Would this be normal?

2-3 PSI overnight is nothing to be concerned about!

do the threads in the tank have to be hand tightened and still showing thread? or do i use the wrench to fully tighten until no thread is showing

When I called Bag Riders, they told me it only needs to be 1 and a half turns past hand-tight

If the bag is leaking yes you would want to replace it with a new one.

What is the actual size of the elbow fitting going into the rear suspension

This will be brand dependent. The Super Low bags use a 1/8" NPT to 1/4" or 3/8" PTC.

My tank drops 30 psi overnite and only the rear left bag drops 30 psi also, the other three bags stay the same, cant seem to find the leak.

Have you sprayed down all the connecting points?

Leaking out of the compressor's intake port... Replaced the suspected check valve and still leaks out the compressor intake port!

Check around the head of the compressor for cracks. This can be caused by the check valve being over tightened or damaged from a drop.

Manifold leak. Question soapy water not showing any leaks, but my numbers showing leak over a few hours of time and eventually 0 out. How do I find out what's causing it other than soapy water

Soapy water is going to be one of the only ways to find out if a leak is coming from a fitting or airline. How old is your set up?

My airbag makes a thud sound when it goes up fully inflated. Why it’s only one bag on the back right hand side someone help me and tell me what the hell is going on.

If you don't mind take a video of the thud and email it so [e-mail]. That way we can help narrow down exactly what the sound is. Be sure to include the brand of suspension you are running as well as the year, make and model of your car.

​@@angelmendez7793 If you are having the same issue trying adjusting the pressure at which you drive at to see if that makes a difference. I had this issue when i first bought my bags and was driving me insane! I tried looking for more info on it but only came across one simple answer lol don’t air out completely to 0 PSI. You will still be on the ground but don’t drop it to 0 all around

Having a suspension leak would mean the tank would drain overnight on its own?

That would depend on the management system. If running the Air Lift 3P system a suspension leak would not drain the tank.

@@cesar216 Check all the fittings on your tank, also be sure to check the water trap and the air line that connects the tank to the manifold. You can check these by spraying soapy water on them and looking for bubbles.
