Can you do the same on a android galaxy A12 as my phone doing its own thing now and then plus the camera is on when am not using it.

@iam_best no didn't work also iv got another problem my WhatsApp will not delete plus am locked out of some of the settings, it's also telling me I've no Internet connection when am in WhatsApp settings when I try to change something.?

Also do you have another messaging app? Like discord?

The process is entirely different for Android devices. I think your phone needs formatting But you have to back up your data first. I will make a video on how to fix this issue

@@TechWalletInsights in worst cases, yes. But I would first install Malwarebytes since it's one of the best, just to remove the malware. If that does work you should boot into safe mode and check which apps are your administrators, remove all of it just to see if that fixes the issue. Do you know what app you installed that caused it?
