Thanks! I suggest you check in any site (boligsiden, etc.) filtered to apartments built after 2021 and then you can quickly see the locations/companies building them by clicking through :)

Very informative. Thank you! Is the Ejerudgift a monthly fee including property tax? Or you will need to pay property tax on top of it?

It includes taxes. When you download the booklets (salgsopstillings) you can see the full calculations.
