Hey, stumbled upon your vid about working in Denmark. Gotta say, the 'no Danish needed' claim? A bit off. Reality's a tad different, especially outside the big city. Danish's still a big deal in most spots. Just a heads up for anyone considering the move!

Sure, in some spots it's still needed

Can confirm. plus, lots of signage is still in Danish everywhere, so having some Danish reading comprehension is beneficial when visiting

would also say language is key, in big corporations its fine to only speak english, but in smaller businesses it's really not, also most crafts professions will not be open to non-danish speakers.

How often do you travel the countryside of Denmark? Your presentation of Denmark si pretty focused on corporate work/Copenhagen (Which is understandable as it is your experiences, but it is quite different if you move to the countryside) I grew up in Gentofte/Frederiksberg but have moved to Djursland in Jutland an it is quite different. :) Also I know that you really don't like the capital gains taxes, but the idea is that you shouldn't be taxed less on doing "nothing" by simply investing your money, compared to actually working for your income. I invest myself and I find the ideas behind the capital gains taxes to be fair.

Agree on the focus on the big city - ref. capital gains, disagree but fair

Man how you can say that is fair to pay another extra taxes from investing when you already paid tax for every krone what you invest. This world is lost xd

Hey mario, if you have investments in another country moving to denmark, do you still need to pay taxes from those investments?

Yo compro Bitcoin desde 2020 en Argentina y me voy a mudar a Dinamarca este año, será que me cobran impuestos por holdear/tradear mis criptomonedas?

@@TheNuogat hahah fair enough, if i sell my btc i won’t use a CEX like Coinbase so they can’t know about it. What idk is how i will cash out or how i can spend that money on stuff without them knowing and tax me

Have you heard of the slang term 'The eternal rest' for some jobs in the Danish labor market? 😏
@MarioScianHQ8 ай бұрын
No?
@Alhem118 ай бұрын
@@MarioScianHQ It's slang for work in the public sector, you just have to show up at work and you're guaranteed for the rest of your life, you can't be fired and you don't work hard + you're guaranteed a good pension when you stop working..😂
