Im going to look at some York roundhead dumbbells . The real deal !! ( No USA stamp ) This guy has a pretty good collection. In your opinion what price range should i be looking at per pound ? Im no beginner so i have a good idea. Just looking for a second opinion from someone i trust .👍

Were vintage standard training bars stronger? It seems like newer standard bars can't hold to much weight without bending

Some were, yes. For example, the York standard power was advertised to be rated to 600 pounds. Currently, Ivanko makes a standard barbell that is extremely strong. It’s also pretty pricey though.
