I tried all these tips and I still don't want to exercise at all, ever....even when I feel like I need to move. I hate exercise because physical education classes back in school were always my nightmare...exercise still feels traumatic...

Learning it's okay to NOT exercise was the hardest lesson for me. But now...i spend some time with myself and go, "will lifting weights add value today?" If i say no, i don't
