I have that same pad and it was leaking around the valve. When I contacted them, they said I'd have to ship it back to them at my expense and they'd "look at it" but couldn't guarantee they'd replace it and they wouldn't refund my shipping. I ended up fixing it myself but moved to another pad. Glad you got better treatment.

Klymit has always been good to me and they claim to have a "lifetime" warranty. I dont know what they consider lifetime. I answer their questions and they have always made it good. I buy factory seconds directly from them off ebay for half the cost and they still give the same warranty.

Oh, that's how you do it! I have two insulated pads: single and double. No issue yet, but good to know how to isolate the problem, as well as how Klymit stands by their warranty. Thank you!
