I had the varuun and ecliptic class m ships show up in the same system at the same time, ecliptic was quite a bit stronger but I beat them both

Nice info thanks. saw at 3.00 the Vista III I found this ship landed on a moon but only after I had collected all the artefacts in my NG+ game. I always play on very hard, and farm Hawkings lvl 75 system. Are these legendary ships also on some kind of game progression menu as I have not found any yet? Great thing is, no Starborn yet, did Bathesda change the spawn rate of those ships because before, they were are real PITA and turned up 80% of my RNG encounters.

watched it, still have not found a single one, getting a lot of the Villa III ships though, many landed on moons, still no renegade III, I am wondering if systems are hidden faction flagged, ie some systems spawn UC and some Freestar ships more often.@@SiNKiLLeR_

My va'ruun shroudbearer was around Neptune in Sol but i left the area cuz I was too low level, the mission still tells me to go back to neptune to destroy it. But i go back and nothing is there

Are you on pc? There is a way to fix this by using commands to force the event complete. I had the same issue :(

Can you just travel back and forth between the same 2 star systems to get the chance to occur? Do they have a tendency to spawn in some systems more than others?

I think the best method is traveling to each system and clearing all the ship icons you see to increase the likely hood new ones will spawn. But you could try it the way you method I haven't tested that method.

unfortunately the sensor white ones never seem to clear, I have yet to see a legendary ship in over 50 systems on very hard setting. I think its broken. @@SiNKiLLeR_

I'm really looking forward to when there will be mods for Xbox. I'm sure there will be. Ark ascended has mods for console now, so I don't see any reason why Bethesda can't add them in for console. The fact that PC gets more options and game content then console really sucks. I would really like to be able to fly and or board one of those ships someday

They certainly will have mods for xbox but will be a while till that happens. I hear its going to be about a year.

The graphics especially with the new unreal engine look way better. The AI is so much more interactive than it used to be. As far as single player games go, Starfield has to be the best thus far with AI interaction. And I'm only playing this on my Xbox One x on cloud gaming which really does suck but that's all I have right now lol

I found a legendary ship at a low level and bailed out there so fast my NPC´s head spun. Did some mission in between and now I cant find it (even though its in my mission menue, there´s no marker for it) so thats something to be aware of.

I just encountered the Shroudbearer it didn't let me dock even at a sliver health. I had to kill it what did I do wrong??

Unfortunately you can't dock with them. I have another video on how to get them into your inventory.

Unfortunately we would need some kind of mod to do that as if you spawn them in they just sit there. But maybe someone has figure out how to trigger the event I would check discord.

580 hours in 126rating. I have never seen a ship icon that said that with over 150 galaxy jumps

That's why I visit all the ship icons just in case, I think some how that kick in the chance more as you delete old ones and generate more new ship icons. but it could be that yours is bugged :( There is a reddit link in description that might help.

yer wow 400 hours is still very impressive. Plus so much of my game time has been doing stupid stuff for content. not exactly playing the game like it should be done. You prob have way more knowledge and experience then i do.

@SiNKiLLeR_ tbh my play time goes into immersion. I love just hanging out sometimes, going to Paradiso and chillin at the rooftop bar having a dab IRL. Trippin on Aurora in the Astral lounge, going to look for ingredients both planetside and townside (my character is a chef-max gastro and nutrition)I love the mission boards too they keep me occupied.

Some systems never really seem to spawn them. You should some every now and the at least. What lvl are you?

The simple fact that these ships exist in the game but were not included in a Single Player ship building game is the biggest F-U to the consumer you could ever have. All the parts, all the items exist, the scripting everything. They purposely left it out. Modders have fixed that and console commands can fix that but that's the level of appreciate Bethesda gives its customers. Stop calling yourselves anything else, you're a customer first.

Another kiddie armchair quarterback who thinks he knows someone's job better than they do? Which AAA software company do you design games for, and for how many years? The idea that a game designer does things to intentionally piss off players that their money comes from is pretty silly. I design software (not for games). Features and priorities for their limited development time and the order in which things are done will follow what their decades of experience and research tell them are most important for the most users (players), with perhaps some slight bias toward their own preferences since we know many of them love to play the game themselves. Everything isn't just about "IVAO04ify" and what he likes among the hundreds of thousands of players.

IGN has the ones you can buy but I did find the legendary ship ID number. The problem is spawning them with the size they clip into the ground badly.

use tgm which give unlimted boost pack and that will get you high enough to spawn them. you could put them in your inventory that way but still no flying.

The encounters are pretty underwhelming tbh. Nothing really special happens and they have insignificant loot (or not at all). Do they respawn at some point? I just killed one and left the rest incase they change something about them in the future.

Thats all very true, PC players have mods to increase difficulty so these can be rather nasty. But your right at the moment its a bit soulless experience and needs more to it.

After 110 hours I just couldn't stand the game anymore so I uninstalled it. The first mod I installed was the skip dialogue mod. The dialogue of the NPC's especially the female "boss" NPC's was so condescending, obnoxious, and woke shaming that I couldn't tolerate it anymore. The folks who wrote and directed the scripts have no idea of what constitutes banter, they also have no idea of how humans interact in real life. Then there's the same drawn out tone of voice with dialogue narration of most of the voice actors, its as if the narration was specifically designed for the mentally impaired. The copy paste of buildings in missions became so boring, even the behavior and placement of the NPC's is INDENTITCAL in every mission. Then there's the ridiculous amount of loading screens, the clunky and annoying menu with sub menu, sub menu ad nauseum, a space game that doesn't have a hotkey for the Star Map, unbelievable,. I just couldn't stand it anymore so I uninstalled. Good riddance to copy paste missions and NPC's, annoying dialogue, clunky horrible menu's/UI. They should've called this game "Rover" for the copy paste "fetch" and "deliver" missions. As for bugs, don't get me started, my starship at New Atlantis would always land on another starship in the bay rendering my ship inaccessible via the boarding ramp. Rifles do not reload correctly the first time, it requires two reloads to correctly load a full magazine. If Bethesda actually played their game they would realise that this thing is a boring bug infested pile of rubbish.
