You are a life saver! I bought this exact vehicle model and Carmax did not provide any key code. That's just a minor inconvenience compared to what other surprises came with the car. Battery died three weeks after purchase, two months later had to replace radiator, radio failed, fun stuff.😅

I think it is the code that unlock the driver’s side. Hit 3/4 to unlocked the other doors and 5/6 the lift gate or trunk. I still have a good memory from a 1988 Ford Taurus that my father used to have with the key pad.

Thank you for the information. We have a 2013 Ford Escape and the remote doesn't work. We changed the battery and I tried the turning it to run 8 times etc and still doesn't work. Any suggestions?

You have to be a super tiny human to get up in there to find it. I am a 50 year old husky male, and I cannot get down there that far to see it. Gonna bribe my teenage daughter to get up in there!

The 3/4 button after unlocking should unlock the rest. 7/8 and 9/0 should lock all.
