Oh my god, this is impossible. Whenever Mesprit shows up in the marker map on the route right next to you, it just goes away when you go there, making it literally impossible.

I think the main guy of team galactic gives you a masterball and use it on Dialga and catch it because it's the only legendary in the game worth catching

Decided to replay a bunch of Pokémon games, and a peice of advise I would use a huanter or Gengar depends which u got and make sure it’s got mean look, hypnosis other two moves don’t matter too much but I have dark pulse and confusion ray on it, and give it the things to increase it’s speed and sp defense so u don’t get one hit by future sight

I know it's been a year but gallade is the best for anyone else wondering, breed a female rats with a male gastly to get it mean look, (needs to be a male ralts you hatch to get gallade) raise ralts to 42 to get hypnosis, evolve ralts immediately after then use a dawn stone to evolve kirlia to gallade at level 45 will learn false swipe at this point you should be go, trap it put it to sleep get it down to 1hp job done

You dont need to use a master ball, but it might take a long time. When I played, I attacked him until his life bar was red, but I didn't know the skills that made him unable to escape. so every time I attacked he would run away and I had to find him again. After doing this I tried with ultra ball and as I said earlier I always needed to find the again and again.
