Market Research is So Important before starting any kind of e-commerce business. But creating Brand story is really Hard. Hair Extension Business whether Dropshipping or Inventory I'm not able to find Gap or some kind of pain points. It's just Different variations of hair extensions selling with hair topper or wigs or styling tools. So I'm not able to find a Gap or narrow my Target Audience. Afterall Hair Extensions are typically worn for Adding length and volume or adding new shades. I'm going over some famous Hair extension businesses website but I'm not able to figure out a differentiating factor or creating a Brand voice around it. Can anyone please suggest me something?
