I am not sure if this "profile" is the same as what you would have on Android. On Android you are able to setup a work profile that is essentially a sandboxed space for work apps, giving the office full access to the contents of the sandbox, but no access at all to your personal data nor the phone itself... their control would be limited to the sandbox. In my case I'd install only Teams, Outlook and their VPN on the work profile, which would still give me notifications when I am on my personal/default profile. I know that when I connect to their Exchange server it sets "something" on the phone, possibly some degree of control (Maybe even the ability to remotely wipe the phone if not sandboxed). I clearly do not want that if I buy an iPhone 15 as my next phone. Would this iPhone feature help me with that problem? Protect and let my office control the work sandbox/profile but give them zero access to my phone?

I need profile in order to third party app. I have a iPhone 14 where do I do that it says go to settings, general and then profile. I used to have this app on the phone and now I can do it.

For something which is going to tell me how to find “profile” (where my phone tells me it is saving downloads), this is remarkably dopey. The one thing it does not tell me is where is the profile where my downloads are. Obviously not a clue. Why is it so hard to find downloads? Easy question. It is an iPhone made by Apple.

Retired and disabled but new router was shipped, as they said it was bad as we have fiber optics. We can't get it work even if it shows connected, this is crazy. I can't set out home SSID or our password or one for guest. We don't own a computer, can't afford it as $5 dollars after bills are paid. It will be 2 weeks before fiber optic tech arrives. This why I think they change software, problems all over town. I have to use bank bill pay as 2 boxes of checks are $90. I have to setup payments and after 13 calls, customer service even a tech couldn't help. I think they change software on purpose to require new router to charge more as contract agreement comes up showing more money each month. We can't wait and need help. Children don't live in town and I don't trust a library if open. Help, please!
