When you use 'we' instead of 'you' it is much easier for the viewers to connect to the information and not feel like they are being talked down to (like many "enlightened" youtubers tend to do). It's nice to know that you present your information in this way and I plan to do the same!

great video man. can you make a meditation practice video how to let go of our past?

Great video. :) I got rid of severe SA using these tools basically. (affirmations and visualization). Changing any negative beliefs/self image perceptions as they came up. It works if you keep at it.
@murija27 жыл бұрын
Can you please explain this in more detail? I also have SA and it really sucks. Do you have any links to videos other than this one, that may have helped you? Or books? Thanks man!

I dont know how to message you privately on here lol But I mainly did affirmations, over and over and over and over again. Some visualization too. "Im becoming more confident everyday" for example, or w/e youre trying to achieve. You have to be patient though because it is gradual change. Message me if u want more info cause i cant message u.

im going to say with a mindset that deep, he had to have a few psychedelic experiences that opened the doorway to his inspiration.

Aakash Goel That's not necessary and a projected limitation from your past experiences believing substances are needed for higher consciousness and greater expanded awareness. Understand that every visible thing iz created by consciousness. Physical things do not create consciousness. Nothing physical has a physical cause, ever. It always has an invisible cause and the effect iz physical. I'm not saying substances have no use are good or bad I'm just pointing that belief iz rooted in limitations created by the illusion of lack.
@MrDro11287 жыл бұрын
i dont know bro. it makes sense besides don't physical things create forms of consciousness thru having babies? and when we do that, we have no control over what form of consciousness we are creating.
