How to Find & Tame Armadillo in Minecraft 1.20.5

This update 1.20.5 is available today with armadillos and wolf armor in all Java and Bedrock versions (MCPE, Consoles etc).

Love this early tutorial. Also, armadillo is great even without the dog armor stuff because it’s the first savannah exclusive mob and also first mesa exclusive mob. It is fairly common and the savannah is also a commonly seen biome meaning players will encounter this mob a lot.

@@orisa9289 actually I found some. You'll have to go to a Savannah u haven't been to yet tho. Ones uve already been to will be harder for them to spawn if at all

@@hemal7815 Bruh i travelled thousands of blocks but can't find a new savannah or mesa biome and it won't spawn at the mesa biome near my home

@@Parthgamer123 that's rough man but it's not really possible otherwise. It won't spawn in a Savanah or Mesa you've been to. If your Savanah is large enough it can spawn in an area you haven't explored. Otherwise I suggest finding a new place. On top of that I suggest bringing Obsidian to build a nether connection. One last thing I suggest is making sure your world is 1.20.5

Yes, it's okay that the world is old or older than this version, you just need to be on update 1.20.5 or newer and armadillos will appear in the savannah or badlands :)
