I think I spotted an error in your video, @4:25 "find the HCF of 132 and 420" you then have "the prime numbers of 28 and 42" instead 132 and 420. The prime numbers listed are that of 132 and 420.

It literally says in the name, it's the highest common factor of both numbers

The HCF of two numbers is the highest factor that both numbers have in common. What the video demonstrates is that you can also find the HCF of two numbers by multiplying their highest common PRIME factors (i.e. the common factors which are also prime numbers). The factors listed in the video were only the prime factors. They did not include the non-prime factors.
